Mark McCaughan is the Founding Director and CEO. He brings to the team 20+ years of experience in aviation IT solutions and has a unique mix of skills and competencies including technical, operational, sales and marketing.

Grant Rawstron is the Senior Vice President of the Americas Region. As an accomplished airline professional with 10+ years of industry experience, he specialises in the project management and implementation of complex airline systems.

Mark Walker is the Chief Technical Officer and prior to joining Merlot, worked as the Principal Software Architect for the Geneva Airline suite. His strengths include his drive for software perfection and ability to harness the power of new technologies.

Adam Wheat is the Chief Customer Officer. He has a successful track record of delivering enterprise solutions in government, transport, logistics and the finance industry and has been responsible for implementing airline operations systems globally.
